Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor. ~Thích Nhất Hạnh

Unless you run on oil, learn to take a break.

As short as even 30 seconds.

Sit if possible. If not stand.

Close your eyes and return to your breath.

Wherever it may come from.

Focus on your inhale coming up.

Let go of your exhale.

Notice the pause until your next breath.

Breathe.

Come back to yourself.

If you are feeling overwhelmed; give yourself a break and breathe. If you are not feeling overwhelmed; give yourself a break and breathe.

Be mindful of yourself.

Breathe.

Smile, breathe and go slowly. ~Thích Nhất Hạnh
